Altrovino - General Conditions of Sales
1. Our sales and deliveries will be executed under the following conditions.
Acknowledgement of these terms will be assumed by the buyer; acceptance will be proved by the purchase itself.
2. This pricelist replaces and supersedes all previous price lists.
3. All our prices are disclosed for information purposes only and are not binding, except for sale.
4. Except when agreed explicitly otherwise in writing, these general conditions of sale prevail on all other conditions of sale, in particular on the conditions the buyer might mention on its letterhead or orders.
5. All our invoices are payable in cash, except when agreed otherwise. Upon non-payment at the stated expiry date, the amount of the invoice will be increased ipso jure and without further notice by 1 % (one percent) interest per month starting from the date of invoicing. On top of this late payment interest, a lump sum indemnity of 10% (ten percent) on the amount of the invoice will be due ipso jure and without further notice, with a minimum of € 50,- (Euro fifty) without prejudice to further interests and costs.
6. Late payment ipso jure and without further notice causes the suspension of all further sales or deliveries.
7. Non - payment of one single invoice on the due date, will cause immediately claimable the balance of all other, even not due, invoices ipso jure and without further notice.
8. The Goods remain the exclusive property of the seller until payment in full of the invoices. The risk shall pass to the buyer starting from the delivery of the Goods.
9. All orders are accepted without any guaranty of delivery on a specific date. Changes or delay of deliveries by the seller do not give any right to the buyer to annul the purchase or to claim any damages.
10. Any complaint concerning the invoice or the delivery must be notified by registered mail to the seller within 8 days of the date of delivery.
11. Only Belgian Law rules this purchase. In case of dispute, only the Courts of Kortrijk are competent.
