Chenin Blanc vines up to 90 years old, rooted in soils of decomposed red flint over chalky limestone. The grapes are directly pressed into barrels, where the wine matures for two years on its lees. No fining, filtration, or sulfites are used throughout the process. Already beautifully balanced, this wine will only improve with age if you're patient.

Appearance: Full-bodied and complex, with a striking elegance. It features high acidity, a pronounced mineral character, green apple notes, and a long, oxidized finish.
