This 2020 vintage underwent a whole bunch fermentation in some wonderful French oak barriques. After pressing the wine was put back in the barriques where it developed for a year. The result is a stunning Pinot noir wich combines Red fruits with counterbalancing herbal notes and a nice oaky finish. This whole bodied wine can be paired with the typical red meats but is probably best to drink on its own.
