La Baladeuse

Fanny Daher began her wine journey by helping out at Domaine Sulauze, her cousin Guillaume’s winery. Her experience there led her to start her own venture as a négociant winemaker, which marked the beginning of her project "La Baladeuse." Through this project, she travels to source grapes from friends, family, and like-minded producers who share their vineyard’s fruit. All her winery partners practice organic and biodynamic farming in Southern Rhône, Languedoc and the Provence.

The grapes are carefully hand-picked to preserve their quality during transport to her cellar. The wines are fermented in stainless steel or fiberglass tanks using only indigenous yeasts, and sulfur is avoided as much as possible.
