Lestignac

Meet Camille and Mathias Marquet, who took over the vines from Mathias' grandfather in 2008 to start Lestignac. Two years later, they converted to organic agriculture and decided to reduce the quantity to focus on improving the quality of the grapes and soil. They also planted fruit trees, flowers, and herbs to enhance the biodiversity of the ecosystem.

2017 was a challenging year due to severe frost, leading them to start a negoce wine label called "Hors les Murs." They source grapes from close friends, always mentioning them on the labels to ensure complete transparency about the grape origins.
