Chaosmose 2022
A blend of Merlot, Cabernet, Sémillon, Sauvignon, Malbec, Merille, Muscadelle, and Trebbiano, grown on clay-limestone soils. All the grapes are pressed directly, except for the Merlot, which is infused in the fermenting juice. After fermentation is complete, the grapes are separated from the juice, giving birth to "Chaosmose." The wine is then aged for 6 months in concrete tanks. The result is a fresh, vibrant, and juicy wine, with depth and a beautiful nod to spring
