40 years old Silvaner vines deep rooted in the Keupersoil.
This wine is perfect to show how Keupersoil tastes: Crispy and spicy with a lot of herbs.
The grapes were pressed with an old basket press and fermented in old oak barrels.
Bottled after 9 months on lees.
