When we visited Andi Weigand, things quickly got out of hand—in the best way. A quick tasting turned into hours in the cellar: talking, blending, laughing. Before we knew it, we were creating our own blend. And just like that, this white was born:

• 20% Scheurebe (Amphora)

• 10% Muskateller (Amphora)

• 10% Müller-Thurgau

• 30% Silvaner

• 15% Pinot Blanc

• 15% Riesling
