When we visited Andi Weigand, things quickly got out of hand—in the best way. A quick tasting turned into hours in the cellar: talking, blending, laughing. Before we knew it, we were creating our own blend. And just like that, this blouge was born—a mix of blanc & rouge:
- 80% Dornfelder & Portugieser
- 15% Pinot Noir (Amphora)
- 5% Silvaner
A spontaneous creation, somewhere between red and rosé, made in the spirit of fun.
