A return to one of the estate’s most beloved experimental cuvées, first made in 2019 and revived after a few years of reflection. This edition carries a higher proportion of Malvasía, bringing a bright, citrus-driven expression — notes of grapefruit and bergamot — where the original was more restrained.
Blending two complementary varieties, it embodies a personal vision for aromatic white wines from Penedès: expressive but never exaggerated, with depth, tension, and a saline finish. Beautifully balanced today, it also promises graceful evolution in bottle.
Vinification:
Both varieties were fermented separately and blended in spring. Destemmed, with 2 days
of skin maceration, made exclusively from the free-run juice, without pressing. Alcoholic
and malolactic fermentations occurred simultaneously. Aged on the lees for 9 months in
stainless steel tanks. Bottled in summer 2025. Unfiltered.
